Brain and hippocampus gene expression was quantified in female and male 3xTgAD mice with and without B-cell deficiency as compared with sex- and age-matched B-cell sufficient (WT) and B-cell deficient (JHT) mice. (JHT) Hippocampus (HIPP) and brain (BRAIN) tissue from male (N=6) and female (N=9) mice from four genotypes - wildtype mice (WT, C57BL/6j), triple-transgenic Alzheimer's Disease mouse model (3xTgAD), or a B cell knock-out genotype (JHT), and a JHT x 3xTgAD cross (JHT_3xTgAD)
