自然流产是指自然状态即非人为目的造成或发生的流产。自然流产常见原因包括染色体异常、母体内分泌失调、母体生殖道异常、生殖道感染等，自然流产风险随产次、父母年龄增加而升高。自然流产数据集收集了全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）发生自然流产育龄女性的信息，累计841952条数据记录。数据资料包括基础人口学信息、疾病史信息、孕育史信息、避孕措施使用信息、妇科检查信息、TORCH筛查信息、孕早期用药信息、孕早期不良因素接触信息、孕早期患病信息等。本数据集可用于自然流产流行病学分析、病因学分析、关联性分析、模型预测分析等方面的研究。

Spontaneous abortion refers to pregnancy loss occurring naturally, i.e., not caused or induced by intentional human intervention. Common risk factors for spontaneous abortion include chromosomal abnormalities, maternal endocrine disorders, maternal genital tract abnormalities, genital tract infections, etc. The risk of spontaneous abortion increases with parity and parental age. The spontaneous abortion dataset collects information on women of childbearing age who experienced spontaneous abortion across 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China, with a total of 841,952 data records. The dataset includes basic demographic information, medical history information, reproductive history information, contraceptive use information, gynecological examination results, TORCH screening results, medication use information during the first trimester of pregnancy, information on exposure to adverse factors during the first trimester, and information on illnesses during the first trimester, among others. This dataset can be used for research in areas such as epidemiological analysis, etiological analysis, correlation analysis and model predictive analysis of spontaneous abortion.
