To evaluate the effects of the inkjet bioprinter on cells, RNA-seq was performed by dispensing mESCs using the manual, inkjet bioprinter and FACS Aria III. The undispensed mESCs was used as a control, the post-dispensed mESCs were sampled at the culture time of 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours after dispensing, and the library was generated by the Smart-seq2 method, and finally read the sequences by Miseq.
