Study on the characteristics of the immune microenvironment and skin microbiome in eczema based on multi-omics analysis

Six eczema skin samples and seven control skin samples were randomly selected for transcriptomic analysis. RNA was extracted from the skin tissues using the TRIzol method, and its concentration and purity were measured with Nanodrop 2000 (OD260/280 ratio between 1.8 and 2.1). RNA integrity was assessed using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer.The NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit was used to construct the transcriptomic library, with rRNA removal and polyA mRNA enrichment. Sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with 150 bp paired-end sequencing, targeting 6 Gb/sample.
