Transcriptomic analysis of knockdown of a-synuclein after T3 spinal cord injury in rats

Endogenous a-synuclein is involved in many pathophysiological processes in the secondary injury stage after acute spinal cord injury, and the mechanism remains largely unknown. This research aims to further elucidate the effect of knockdown of a-synuclein on transcriptional levels after spinal cord injury and its underlying mechanisms based on RNA-seq.
