AIGP: An interpretable Artificial Intelligence Genomic Prediction framework -- GWAS_Summary

This dataset contains the summary results of GWAS analyses performed for all traits in the AIGP (Artificial Intelligence Genomic Prediction) framework.The summary statistics include p-values, effect sizes and other key metrics derived from association analyses.
