资源简介:
**Overview** This data package contains the Accountable Care Organization's (ACO) Quality Performance Measures and Standard Measures for the different years 2013 to 2018. **Description** This data package contains the Accountable Care Organization's (ACO) Public Use File (PUF) from 2013 to 2016. Shared Savings Program (SSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) data Public Use File (PUF), which has been updated to include from each ACO the mean final prospective Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service's (CMS) Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk score for the four Medicare enrollment types (End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), disabled, aged/dual, aged/non-dual) for each of the benchmark year and calendar year 2013 risk scores for performance year 1. It also includes the ACO Participants from 2015 to 2018. The Shared Savings Program ACO participants are groups of doctors and other health care providers who voluntarily work together with Medicare to give high-quality service to Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries. ACOs are required to completely and accurately report quality data that are used to calculate and assess their quality performance. In addition, in order to be eligible to share in any savings generated, an ACO must meet the established quality performance standard that corresponds to its performance year. Participation in ACOs creates incentives for health care providers to work together voluntarily to coordinate care and improve quality for their patient population. Since the 2011 Shared Savings Program final rule, updates have been made to the Shared Savings Program quality measures, scoring, and quality performance standards have been made in subsequent Shared Savings Program and Physician Fee Schedule rules. **Benefits** - Useful to researchers involved in evaluating and deliver valuable information necessary for the improvements/adjustments of the sharing savings program and its health and financial outcomes. useful to public health specialists and specialized institutions find improvement solutions. useful to aco administrative staff and other interested parties to evaluate, compare and find better improvement approaches and the necessary strategic changes. useful to beneficiaries to understand and compare the acos and about the advantages and disadvantages of the recent implementation of the sharing savings program. - the fields descriptions along with the dataset description are again useful for user to quick understand the data and the dataset. **License Information** The use of John Snow Labs datasets is free for personal and research purposes.
