山葵經濟生產系統之研發(The study on the economical production system of Wasabia japonica Mastum )

為因應山葵產業的永續開發及利用，所以有必要探討山葵在中低海拔的有效生產系統，所以本計畫將進行山葵綠莖品系的整齊育苗、有效肥培及病蟲害管理系統之研探，並就其早花及早熟因子進行研究。
For sustainable development and utilization of the industry of Wasabia japonica Mastsum, it is necessary to probe into the effective production system on middle and low altitude. In this program we will study the neat seedling growing, effective fertilization culture, blight management system, early flowering and earliness factors of the green stem varieties of Wasabia japonica Mastsum.
