资源简介:
This study established a reproducible in vitro model of bovine monocyte-derived dendritic cells (BDCs) and defined temperature-time survival thresholds to characterize cellular stress kinetics under hyperthermic conditions. It demonstrated that heat stress alone can act as a non-antigenic immunological trigger in dendritic cells, while further revealing synergistic reprogramming of DCs by heat stress–associated systemic factors. Additionally, a heat stress-driven DC-lymphocyte co-culture system was developed, functionally linking cellular stress responses to adaptive immune regulation.
