This dataset is provided as an appendix for the publication presented at the 17th International Symposium on Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRPRCS-17) and is part of Junrui Zhang's Ph.D. thesis.<b>Part I </b><b>includes 131 large-scale experimental tests investigating the behavior of externally bonded fiber-reinforced polymer (EB-FRP) systems for axial tension strengthening of reinforced concrete (RC) members. </b>Tests covered varying bond lengths (up to 1.5 m) and FRP thicknesses (up to 6 mm), with and without fiber anchors. Some specimens used anchor dowels up to 25 mm in diameter and fan lengths up to 410 mm. The dataset is divided into two categories: Unanchored EB-FRP systems (59 tests): Examines the influence of FRP thickness on debonding resistance and the effect of bond length on deformation capacity. Anchored EB-FRP systems (72 tests): Includes 24 isolated, 12 single-anchored, and 36 dual-anchored configurations. These tests explore anchor effects on load transfer and debonding, considering embedment depth, dowel geometry, anchor fan length, and alignment. The data also captures progressive slip, localized debonding, and failure modes such as fiber rupture, anchor pullout, and concrete pryout, recorded in detail using Digital Image Correlation (DIC) (see Zhang et al., 2024a, 2026a, 2026b).<b>Part II</b><b>, a collected dataset of 2,501 tests from prior studies is included, representing a mixed set of unanchored, isolated anchored, single end-anchored, and multi-anchored configurations (up to four anchors), used for model validation.</b> This dataset provides comprehensive experimental insight for developing and validating unified strength models for EB-FRP retrofitting of RC structures, serving as a valuable resource for future design guidelines on axial tension strengthening.<br>(FRPRCS-17 Appendix)
