Comparative Evaluation of Flexural Strength of Smite Flow Flowable Composite Versus Commercial Flowable Composites
收藏资源简介:
This preprint presents an in vitro comparative evaluation of the flexural strength of Smite Flow Nano-Ceramic Hybrid Flowable Composite and two commercially available flowable composite resins, conducted in accordance with ISO 4049 standards (three-point bending test). Bar-shaped specimens (25 × 2 × 2 mm; n=10 per group) were fabricated and tested using a universal testing machine after 24-hour water storage at 37°C. Flexural strength values were calculated and statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-hoc test (α = 0.05). The study provides standardized mechanical performance data to support objective material comparison under controlled laboratory conditions. Results contribute to the scientific understanding of contemporary flowable composite systems and their resistance to fracture-related stresses. Raw data are available upon reasonable request from the corresponding author.
