Raw data and associated R code of Metarhizium anisopliae virulence against Bactrocera dorsalis under various laboratory conditions

This dataset provides the results of several lab experiments assessing the virulence of a Metarhizium anisopliae strain on the oriental fruit flies, Bactrocera dorsalis, presented in the article Inoculation dose, formulation and air temperature shape Met69OD virulence against the oriental fruit fly: lessons for improving on-target control strategies. The R code provides the statistical analyses of the dataset presented in this article.
