Simulation Data for "Clade Distillation for Genome Wide Association Studies"

These csv.gz files contain the raw simulation data tables used to produce the figures in our recent paper "Clade Distillation for Genome-wide Association Studies" to appear in the journal GENETICS. A pre-print (without the changes made during peer review) is available here. Instructions on how to use these files to reproduce our figures are available at our github repo ryanchrist/locater_paper_scripts .
