Mutations of the Clock Genes Cry, Per or Bmal1 Have Different Effects on Transcribed and Non-transcribed Strands of Cycling Genes

Here we extended Cry1-/-Cry2-/- , Per1-/-Per2-/-, Bmal1-/- mice to study the effect of circadian on DNA repair damage. We use dryR and MetaCycle work on the differential rhythmic repair to investigate the cyclicals genes remaining in Cry1-/-Cry2-/-, and Per1-/-Per2-/- mice.
