DJ-1 (PARK7) affects the gut microbiome, metabolites, and development of Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs)

Purpose of this study is to identify the role of DJ-1 in the brain inflammation at molecular level. Thus, we isolated the mid-brain region including the substantia nigra and performed the RNA-sequencing to decipher the role of inflammation in neurodegeneration. In total, 9 samples were analyzed with 4 and 5 replicates for both wildtype and knockout condition respectively.
