This reproducibility archive accompanies the manuscript “Age-Stratified Epidemiology and Prognostic Value of Lymph Node Ratio in Early-Onset Lung Adenocarcinoma: A Multi-Database Observational Study.” It contains analysis scripts, redistributable processed data, aggregate source tables, session information, metadata, a data dictionary, and a file manifest supporting transparency and reproducibility. Raw individual-level SEER records and SEER*Stat exports are not redistributed because access is governed by the SEER data-use agreement. Qualified users must obtain these data directly from the SEER Program. Large raw GBD downloads are likewise not redistributed. The cBioPortal component contains only publicly available source identifiers and derived clinical/molecular data.
