Genomic Resources for Pseudomonas spp. Isolated from Olive Knots and Almond Galls in the West Bank, Palestine

To expand genomic resources for Pseudomonas associated with these hosts, we generated seven complete, chromosome-level genomes from strains isolated from olive knots and almond galls in the West Bank. These assemblies comprise five Pseudomonas amygdali genomes from olive and two Pseudomonas ogarae genomes from almond, produced using a hybrid long- and short-read sequencing strategy and exhibiting high completeness with low contamination. These genomes represent the first high-quality references for pathogenic and commensal Pseudomonas from this region and provide a critical resource for studies of evolution, epidemiology, virulence, and plant growth–promoting traits in Mediterranean tree crops.
