GP_Geometries_AA.zip

50,000 .xyz files corresponding to the same number of physically-plausible multi-chromopore structures. We generated the structures through rigidly displacing and rotating the chromophores from their positions in the naturally occurring Fenna-Matthews-Olson pigment-protein complex. The unperturbed structure is the first in this set Geometry_00001.xyz .
The files each list the position vectors of 608 atoms that define the structure. The units are Angstroms. We recommend viewing these files in vmd (free software available at http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/ ).
