资源简介:
We selected high-altitude Tibetan sheep (perennial living above 3800 m altitude, TSH) and medium-altitude Tibetan sheep (perennial living at 2500 m altitude, TSM) as subjects to explore the differences in the transcriptional and metabolic profiles of epididymal reproductive properties such as sperm motility, sperm respiration and epididymal histological traits, and to screen the key regulatory pathways. It is believed that this study has a certain effect on improving the reproductive ability of Tibetan sheep and increasing the population of Tibetan sheep with high reproductive capacity.
