It contains monthly and annual import and export data covering live cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, beef and veal, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, eggs and egg products. Classified by commodity and partner country, the dataset has records dating back to 1989 and is used for analyzing trade trends of livestock, meat and poultry. The data is available in two formats: Excel spreadsheets and CSV files, including both raw data and converted carcass-weight-equivalent (CWE) data measured in pounds.
