Replication dataset for "Research trends in higher music education: a science mapping and automatic content analysis over two decades (2004–2023)"

This dataset contains bibliographic metadata to reproduced the figures presented in the publication "Research trends in higher music education: a science mapping and automatic content analysis over two decades (2004–2023)". The data is collected from the bibliographic database OpenAlex under an open license.

The data in the columns of the dataset allows for recreating Figures 2 and 3 directly. The OpenAlexID column can be entered in the software VoSViewer to recreate Figures 4-7. The Title and Abstract columns can be imported in the software Leximanced to recreate Figures 8-11.
