Importance of the Unseen: Near-Infrared Light Regulates Human Glucose Levels in the Built Environment

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled "Importance of the Unseen: Near-Infrared Light Regulates Human Glucose Levels in the Built Environment" The study investigated the effects of near-infrared (NIR) light exposure on glucose regulation in healthy adults working in a simulated windowless office environment. The dataset includes: OGTT.xlsx: Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) data collected from study participants. CGM.xlsx: Average daily glucose measurements obtained using Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM). All participant data have been anonymised prior to publication. The datasets support the analyses and findings reported in the associated manuscript.
