Single-cell RNA-seq of prostate cancer treated with Huangqi derived exosome-like nanoparticles (HELNs) from mouse

Prostate cancer is a major challenge due to limited treatment options in advanced stages. Plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles (PELNs) are emerging as a powerful tool for treating cancers. However, there are no reports on the use of PELNs for treating prostate cancer. In this study, we extracted HELNs from traditional Chinese herbal medicine Huangqi (Astragalus membranaceus) and validated their therapeutic effects on prostate cancer both in vitro and in vivo. Through integrated single-cell RNA sequencing, this study explored the potential mechanisms of HELNs treatment for prostate cancer.
