This dataset contains source data obtained during research under the project UMO-2021/43/D/ST8/01491, "Research on the influence of the polymer composites processing conditions on the stabilizing effect of functional plant-derived fillers".This dataset presents negative results of the test for determining the migration of oil from pistachio (PS), walnut (WS), and pecan (PES) shells themselves, as well as in polymer composites with high-density polyethylene. Samples in the form of powdered fillers and composite powders containing 15 wt% of PS, WS, and PES, respectively, were placed between filter paper and pressed at 200°C, 50 N pressure, and for 20 min. The spectroscopic measurements performed using infrared spectroscopy were compared with the Fourier transform analysis performed in the ATR mode for the filter paper and the reference materials before the pressing process.Data contains a readme.txt file containing essential information about sample assignment and measurement methods.
