Environmental responses to climate variability during the terminal phase of the Last Glacial–Interglacial Transition (LGIT) recorded in varved sediments of Lake Gorzyńskie

Here, we present a new dataset related to varved sediment record of Lake Gorzyńskie located in western Poland. The LGIT section is 1.1 m-long and covers the age range from 13,100 cal BP to 11,000 cal BP. The dataset includes chronological information and results of high-resolution micro-XRF scanning, elemental analysis, pollen analysis, diatom analysis, and Cladocera analysis. This dataset offers valuable insights into short-term paleenvironmental variability during the Late Glacial and the Early Holocene.
