Dataset for "Tunneling signatures of interband coherence in dilute exciton condensates"

The raw data for the paper "Tunneling signatures of interband coherence in dilute exciton condensates", containing results of a mean-field calculation. Monolayer data are included in monolayer-data.hdf5, and have been used to generate Figs.2,3. Bilayer data are included in monolayer-data.hdf5, and have been used to generate Fig. 4. The variable "sp_E_G" in the index of "data" corresponds to the semiconductor gap used as input, in units of excitonic Rydberg Ry*. The field "k_points" gives the values of the momentum points of the momentum grid in units of 1/a_B^*. Finally, the field "energies" gives the energies of each band corresponding to each "k_point". Finally, the field "Ps" gives the projector on each band of the mean-field solution.
