We report the application of buld RNA-seq in the mouse cortex with C9FTD/ALS neurodegeneration Overall design: Bulk RNA-seq were performed to identify what genes are dysregulated inC9orf72+/-;C9-BAC (3 biological replicates) mouse cortex compared to WT (2 biological replicates) controls, and what genes are changed by AAV-C9orf72- (2 biological replicated) or AAV-Smcr8- (1 biological replicates, we lost two samples during COVID mouse facility shut down) infected C9orf72+/-;C9-BAC mouse cortex.
