This version fixes a new cohesive milestone from the Trinity longevity-discovery pipeline. Claim #60 shows that the strong tri-core plus partial-plus-veto outsider geometry is an ultra-rare quartet fracture class in the evaluable huMAP3 quartet universe: 9 of 1068 quartets. Claim #61 shows that only one of those rare fractures is reference-backed by both an exact same-core triad and a stable same-core replacement quartet: the TOP3A/RMI2/CCDC69/PITRM1 scaffold, with RMI1 as the stable replacement outsider. This version also includes a wet-lab differential falsification package centered on PITRM1 versus RMI1 with the TOP3A/RMI2/CCDC69 core held fixed. This is a computational discovery package and not a completed causal validation study.
