CTD and chemical analysis of seawter: RV Multanovsky cruise, Mu18, 2018

Profiles of CTD and DO (SBE 9) , in-situ fluorescence (fluorometer, Seapoint), beam attenuation coefficient (C-Star, WET Labs), CDOM fluorescence (ECO, WET Labs) in the Northern Bering during the cruise of RV Prof. Maltanovsky in 2018 summer. Water samples were taken by Niskin bottles on the CTD and dissolved oxygen (DO), nutrients, salinity, dissolved inorganic carbon, chlorophyll a concentration, DIC, Total Alkalinity, delta18O, dissolved Fe, Fe-Ligand, dissolved Trace metal, Iodine-129, methan isotope, Nd concentration and Nd isotope ratio, DOC, C-DOM, NO3 isotope, Ra isotope, Cs isotope of the seawaters were analyzed. Underway data (temperature, salinity, chlorophyll fluorescence) was continuously recoded along the track.2018年夏季，“马尔塔诺夫斯基教授号”（RV Prof. Maltanovsky）考察船在白令海北部海域执行科考航次期间，获取了多套原位观测剖面数据，包括：CTD（温盐深剖面仪，Conductivity Temperature Depth）与DO（溶解氧，Dissolved Oxygen，SBE 9型）剖面数据、现场荧光（Seapoint公司荧光计）观测数据、光束衰减系数（WET Labs公司C-Star型）数据，以及CDOM（有色溶解有机物，Colored Dissolved Organic Matter）荧光（WET Labs公司ECO型）观测数据。 科考团队借助CTD站位的尼斯金采水器（Niskin bottles）采集海水样本，并对其中的溶解氧（DO）、营养盐、盐度、溶解无机碳（DIC, Dissolved Inorganic Carbon）、叶绿素a浓度、总碱度、δ¹⁸O、溶解态铁（dissolved Fe）、铁配体（Fe-Ligand）、溶解态痕量金属、碘-129、甲烷同位素、钕（Nd）浓度与钕同位素比值、溶解有机碳（DOC, Dissolved Organic Carbon）、C-DOM、硝酸根同位素、镭同位素、铯同位素开展了实验室分析。 航迹沿线连续记录了走航观测数据，涵盖温度、盐度与叶绿素荧光。
