This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data generated frompancreatic islets isolated from mice maintained on a normal diet (ND) or an 8-weekhigh-fat diet (HFD). The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptionalheterogeneity within pancreatic islet cells and to assess changes in cellulartranscriptional programs associated with HFD exposure.This file represents the HFD mice files of the single-cell RNA-seq dataset.
