资源简介:

This record provides the data, computational code, registered parameters, documentation, and generated outputs supporting the manuscript: “Auditing Policy-Data Compatibility across Institutional Regime Changes: A Reproducible Governance Framework and an Application to Tunisia.” Version 1.0.1 contains the author-supplied 17-column source-aligned quarterly panel for Tunisia covering 2000Q1–2019Q4 and its exact six-column computational projection. The computational projection copies the quarter label, decimal year, institutional trust/governance coordinate, crisis-stress coordinate, and visible institutional or policy-response coordinate from the full panel, and adds only a zero-based quarter index. No digitisation, interpolation, estimation, or numerical rounding is used in this projection. The package also contains the source manifest, proxy dictionary, event anchors, chart and audit-window definitions, registered model, gauge, and tolerance parameters, executable Python scripts, generated tables and figures, file checksums, and technical documentation of the data-construction and verification procedures. To verify the deposited computational input and reproduce the reported empirical results, download and extract the archive and run the following command from the repository root: python scripts/verify_reported_results.py The verification workflow: 1. checks that the six-column computational input is an exact field projection of the deposited 17-column source-aligned panel;2. regenerates the local chart models, affine translations, bounded gauge corrections, baseline reconciliation residuals, block-resampling results, leave-one-quarter-out diagnostics, sensitivity analyses, pseudo-boundary controls, tables, and figures; and3. checks the regenerated results against the values reported in the manuscript. A successful run ends with: Source projection PASS: canonical analysis input is an exact field projection of the author-supplied panel.Verification PASS: all reported main-text values reproduce to displayed precision.Complete verification PASS: source projection and reported results both verified. Provider-level files governed by Arab Barometer, V-Dem, ACLED, World Bank, or other third-party licences or provider terms are not redistributed. The deposited source-aligned panel is the finite quarterly analysis input used in the manuscript. Independent reconstruction or external validation of the upstream provider-to-quarter alignment would additionally require the relevant provider releases, version identifiers, native observation dates, transformation rules, and completed mapping ledger. This package establishes computational reproducibility from the deposited author-supplied source-aligned panel. It does not provide a causal estimate of the Tunisian political transition, a policy-welfare evaluation, or independent validation of provider-native quarterly data. Version 1.0.1 introduces provenance and documentation corrections only. The provisional values previously recovered from the vector geometry of manuscript Figure 2 are not used in the active workflow. The active computational input is derived exclusively from the deposited author-supplied 17-column panel. Environment-dependent Python cache files have been removed, the verification documentation has been renamed and clarified, and the manifest and SHA-256 checksums have been regenerated. The reported empirical results are unchanged.
