DropletSequencingOralMicrobiota

The intermediate data that has been published in the paper from biorxiv (doi.org/10.1101/2024.09.18.613607). The data were created by using the analytical pipeline on the Github repository (https://github.com/sotarotakano/DropletSequenceAnnotator_2025) with the sequence data deposited in DDBJ (PRJDB17260 and PRJDB17266). There are two sets of data: - P26-28_MV: The NP-DS (nanoparticle droplet sequencing) results for the oral biofilm.- P26-28: The results of the Cell-DS (bacterial cell droplet sequencing) for the oral biofilm. Those two directories contain the following subdirectories: - Contigs: The final output from the SPAdes assembler.- prokka_results: The results of the Prokka analysis for the contigs.- prokka_faa: .faa files in the prokka analysis.- bowtie2_results: Containing the results of the bowtie2 mapping to the CDS region and the subsequent taxonomic annotation analysis. Each file or folder in those subdirectories corresponds to the results from one droplet. Data visualization was performed by TaxonomyPlot.ipynb
