Description
We
provide the source code and the compiled code (for Mac and Windows
platforms) of an R package called indicspecies.
This package provides a set of functions to assess the strength of
species site group associations. It is also possible to check the
statistical significance of such associations. Use function strassoc for
assessing strength of associations and generating bootstrap confidence
intervals, and function signassoc
to assess the statistical significance of the associations. A much more
complete function is multipatt.
