资源简介:
CSV files contain data for each fly after videos were processed in idtracker, Bonsai and Python. They are separated in folders whose naming refers to the experiments described in the paper, and contain the indication of the number of flies tested together, genotype and type of experimental manipulation. In the case of files used for the different group compositions of moving and freezing flies, fly1 is always the focal, unmanipulated fly. Each CSV contains raw as well as tracked and scored data, displayed in the following columns: 1) frames of the experiment: videos were acquired at 60 frames per second 2) looming bout, 3) red Led and 4) green Led: if values are 1, this indicates that a loom (2) or stimulation using red (3) or green (4) light were provided; we did not use green light stimulation in these experiments. 5) fly_x_mm and fly_y_mm: the fly’s position was determined using idtracker and then converted into mm 7) pixel change: determined in a 4 x 4 mm square around the fly 8) velocity 9) walk, 12) jumps and 13) low velocity behaviours were determined based on speed and pixel change, and are 1 when the behaviour occurs (walk: speed>4mm/s, jumps: speed>75mm/s, low velocity behaviour: speed<4mm/s with pixel change) 10) walk bout and 14) low velocity bout are characterized as behavioural bouts with a minimal engagement of 0.1 s and a maximum of up to 0.5 seconds break; 11) Freeze bout: characterized as a bout where there was no pixel change, which has a minimum engagement of 0.5 s and a maximum break allowance of 0.05 s due to noise in the image.
