Reproducibility package for " Certified Abstention for Provably-Unidentifiable Index-Phase Recovery in Image Registration"

Reproducibility package for the manuscript "Position Fidelity Is Not Phase Fidelity: Certified Abstention for Provably-Unidentifiable Registration" (submitted to IEEE Transactions on Image Processing). This archive contains the code and committed data needed to regenerate every reported number and figure in the paper. An automated numeric gate (scripts/check_numbers.py) verifies all 92 reported values against freshly regenerated data and prints "92/92 numbers match; 0 mismatch" (exit 0). It was clean-room verified in a fresh Python 3.12 virtual environment using the pinned dependencies in requirements.txt. Contents:- scripts/ — the simulator (tipkit.py); the five synthetic studies S1–S5; the recovery-vs-baselines benchmark; the cross-modal certified-abstention re-scoring; figure generators; the deployed-system log analysis; unit tests; and the numeric gate.- data/ — the committed hardware-timestamp log and C-scan arrays of the deployed laser-ultrasound operating point; the derived synthetic tables; and the per-modality intermediates for the cross-modal analysis. Not included by design: the LaTeX sources and the manuscript/supplement PDFs (publisher copyright — cite the paper by title); the large public source datasets used by the cross-modal analysis (TUM, Carla-RS, Fastec-RS rolling-shutter; EMDB EMD-2660 cryo-EM — all public and cited in the paper); and the non-retained June investigation-record logs.
