In this study, we used patient-derived EWS cell lines and IGF2BP3 knock-down/knock-out experimental models to demonstrate that the oncogenic RNA-binding protein IGF2BP3 is secreted by Ewing sarcoma (EWS) cells via extracellular vesicles (EVs)and it contributes to EWS phenotypic heterogeneity.
