Flow Cytometry data

This dataset contains flow cytometry list-mode data files in FCS format generated using a 17-color spectral flow cytometry panel for immunophenotyping of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including lineage identification and functional state readouts (activation/regulation/checkpoint-associated markers). The files include (i) representative multicolor PBMC samples, (ii) fluorescence-minus-one (FMO) controls for selected markers, and (iii) antibody titration datasets (concatenated files) used to select working concentrations based on signal-to-noise and gating resolution. Data were acquired on a spectral cytometer and exported as uncompensated/unmixed FCS files (as indicated in filenames). In addition to PBMC-only samples, the dataset includes files from PBMC–glioblastoma stem-like cell (GSC) co-culture experiments to support CD45-based separation of immune and tumor compartments and to demonstrate applicability of the panel in mixed-cell systems.
