This project contains a Jupyter notebook that views invasive geophysical test data contained in the Next Generation Liquefaction (NGL) relational database (doi.org/10.21222/C2J040). The NGL database is mirrored to DesignSafe and users can query the data using Python scripts in Jupyter notebooks. This Jupyter notebook establishes a connection to the database and uses a graphical user interface to query the database and plot invasive geophysical measurements.
