资源简介:
Several studies revealed an association between a clinical outcome and specific changes in the gut microbiota of cancer patients. To assess the impact of Clostridium butyricum MIYAIRI 588 (CBM588) on the gut microbiota in tumor bearing mice, fecal samples were analyzed by 16S rRNA-based metagenomics analysis. Tumor-bearing C57BL/6j mice (n=10) were treated with either isotype antibody, neutralizing aPD-1 antibody, CBM588 together with isotype antibody or CBM588 together with neutralizing aPD-1 antibody. Tumor growth and response rate were assessed at several points. Fecal samples were collected at day14 and V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene were sequenced by Illumina MiSeq platform. Alpha and beta diversity were evaluated.
