资源简介:
Strawberries are a high-value crop, well-liked for their sensory qualities and economic significance. With the growing demand for sustainable farming practices, the shift away from chemical fertilizers has become increasingly popular. Within the vast diversity of microbiomes in the rhizosphere, each contributes to the health of both plants and soil, whether beneficial or detrimental. While bacterial applications have been extensively studied, beneficial fungi, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), remain underexplored. This study focuses on Rhizophagus intraradices and other Glomus spp., assessing their effects on soil mycobiome, nutrient contents, and strawberry quality (aroma, sweetness, sourness, and color). The field trial was conducted in a commercial farm with three treatments: control (water), T1 (1.25% AMF), and T2 (2.5% AMF).
