This Monte-Carlo data was used in the study https://arxiv.org/abs/1805.02664. The data was generated as described in the paper. The background sample corresponds to 553388 QCD dijet events with invariant mass between 2001 GeV and 4350 GeV. Each event has 60 variables, listed in the README, including dijet invariant mass, jet angles, and many substructure variables for each jet. Additionally, there is a sample of 9022 signal events with topology pp > W' (3 TeV) > W X (400 GeV) > W (WW), with the same data format.
