Influences of environmental factors on the characteristics of microbial communities in cold region

In this study, the characterization of microbial aerosol communities was carried out in the winter of Harbin. We analyzed the effects of six typical atmospheric pollutants and temperature (T) on the structures, diversities, and ecological interactions among bacterial and fungal communities in PM2.5 in Harbin's winter, which would provide references for the future research in microbial aerosol control and pathogenic bacteria elimination in cold regions.
