This repository contains the anonymized datasets and supporting documentation associated with the study entitled “High Burden of Cervical Intraepithelial Lesions and Human Papillomavirus Genotypes among Unvaccinated Women in Ndjamena, Chad: Implications for Cervical Cancer Elimination.” The study was conducted within a pilot cervical cancer screening unit established at the Complexe Hospitalo-Universitaire “Le Bon Samaritain” in N’Djamena, Chad. All datasets have been fully anonymized prior to deposition. These data are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research on cervical cancer prevention and HPV epidemiology in low-resource and underdocumented settings.
