Transcriptomes of Human Mesenchymal Cells of Pancreatic, Adipose and Bone Marrow Origin

These data are used to analyze the transcriptomes of human pancreatic mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) to identify features of the transcriptional profiles of pancreatic MSCs obtained in vitro, both original and immortalized. This analysis includes a comparative evaluation with provided MSCs of adipose and bone marrow origin. The aim is to assess the utility of these cells in potentially transducing them into autologous insulin-producing cells.
