资源简介:
This dataset underpins a cross-sector survey of supply chain professionals in Nigeria, examining how regulatory conditions, ESG practices, and digital transformation jointly drive supply chain decarbonization. The analytic file contains 306 de-identified respondent records drawn from firms operating in manufacturing, construction, energy, and logistics, which align with the study’s stratified sampling of high-impact, carbon-intensive sectors. Variables include respondent role and firm descriptors (anonymised), alongside the study’s core constructs measured on 5-point Likert scales. These constructs are: Regulatory Stringency (RS), Regulatory Enforcement (RE), Regulatory Inconsistencies (RI), ESG Awareness (ESG), Financial Constraints (FC), Institutional Pressures (IP), Digital Technology Adoption (DTA: blockchain/AI/IoT), Digitalisation & ESG Compliance (DEC), Digital Infrastructure Constraints (DI), and Supply Chain Decarbonisation (SCD), operationalised via carbon-reduction initiatives, energy-efficiency practices, and circular-economy integration. The dataset supports replication of the reported measurement model (reliability/validity) and structural analyses (direct, mediated, and moderated effects).Accompanying documentation (codebook and survey instrument) defines item wording, construct mappings, and scoring conventions, with derived indices clearly labelled for reproducibility. Personally identifiable information and firm names have been removed; categorical groupings are provided only at safe aggregation levels to protect confidentiality while permitting robust secondary analysis (e.g., sectoral comparisons and tests of digital infrastructure moderation). Researchers can reuse the data to probe alternative specifications (e.g., different enforcement or financing measures), conduct robustness checks on ESG-technology interactions, or extend the model to additional institutional or operational outcomes relevant to decarbonization in emerging economy supply chains.
