This dataset comprises 2,500 charge\u2013discharge cycles of a single cell recorded on a Neware BTS4000 cycler, exported as an Excel workbook with 296,459 time\u2011step rows across five sheets. Each row contains program step labels (e.g., CC_Chg, CC_DChg, Rest), current (Cur(mA)), voltage (Voltage(V)), step\u2011accumulated capacity (CapaCity(mAh)), energy (Energy(mWh)), and timestamps. Across all cycles, voltage and current span 1.2884\u20132.7511\u202fV and \u2212999.6 to +999.6\u202fmA, respectively. A cycle\u2011level aggregation shows discharge capacity decreasing from 1213.39\u202fmAh (Cycle\u202f1) to 574.90\u202fmAh (Cycle\u202f2501), a 52.62\u202f% loss, with the conventional 80\u202f% SOH threshold reached at Cycle\u202f519. The acquisition period runs from 2020\u201103\u201113 14:35:05 to 2020\u201109\u201129 13:41:02, with a typical logging interval of 60\u202fs. To accelerate analysis, we provide (i) a consolidated CSV of the entire workbook and (ii) per\u2011cycle summary files containing discharge\/charge capacity, energy, coulombic efficiency, state\u2011of\u2011health, cycle duration, and basic electrical statistics. The dataset enables research on degradation modeling, RUL prediction, and time\u2011series forecasting, and is suitable for both physics\u2011informed and data\u2011driven approaches.
