Illumina NovaSeq 6000 was used to deeply sequenced the mRNA expression of the AMB treated group, the AMB and Rimonabant combined treatment group and the vehicle-treated Candida albicans SC5314, and three repeated mRNA expressions were obtained. The analysis was performed at the isoform level by sequence reading through a quality filter. SYBR Green method was used for QRT-PCR validation. We found that after Amb treatment, the regulatory genes MDM12, PSD2, OPI3, INO2 and PMP3 related to lipid synthesis were up-regulated, and INO2 and MDM12 were significantly down-regulated after combined treatment.Some genes involved in lipid modification and oxidative phosphorylation also changed accordingly mRNA Profiles of Candida albicans SC5314 processed by Amb,Amb and Rimonabant,and vehicle-treated were obtained by deep sequencing.
