Transcriptome profiling of fetal mouse small intestine E18.5 in an angiotensin2-induced preeclampsia model

This project investigates how angiotensin2-induced maternal hypertension leading to fetal growth restriction affects fetal intestinal development. We generated bulk RNA-seq from Mus musculus small intestines at E18.5 from angiotensin2-treated dams and PBS controls to characterize gene-expression changes associated with growth restriction. The dataset provides a resource for studying mechanisms of intestinal vulnerability after intrauterine stress.
