A tractability atlas for experimental organism selection

This dataset underlies the organism tractability atlas, which maps experimental tractability for ~15,000 diverse organisms. By aggregating signals around community activity, infrastructure, tooling, throughput, and logistics across multiple sources, it helps researchers compare organisms and navigate trade-offs when deciding which organisms to use for their research.
