A Fully Automated Deep Learning Pipeline for Real-Time Measurement of Lumbar Spinal Canal Diameter on Mid-Sagittal MRI Using YOLO-OBB and Attention U-Net" has been provided. This includes the trained model files, the annotated dataset used for both training and testing, the full source code implementing the pipeline, and a validation Excel sheet comparing automated and manual AP diameter measurements. Additionally, representative output images illustrating the performance of the segmentation and measurement modules have also been attached to support reproducibility and clarity.
